Initial Certification Exam Application

Registration for a Certification Exam is multi-step process.

Step 1: Read the Candidate Handbook
Step 2: Fill out Application (Inside the application you will confirm that you have read and agree to the stipulations in each document:

a. Candidate Handbook
b. Candidate Agreement
c. Exam Confidentiality Statement

Step 3: Pay for the Certification Exam

The applications are being processed within one to two weeks depending on daily volume.

Step 2 - Pay for your Board Certification Exam

No third-party payments for certifications please.

After we receive both the completed application and the payment for your exam, you will receive an email from:
[email protected], so watch your spam box to be sure it is not overlooked. This email will contain a voucher link to allow you access to the Exam scheduler where you will select a date and time to sit for the exam of choice. You have 6 months to take the exam once application and payment are received.

Depending upon when your application and payment comes in, it generally takes 5 business days to get your cleared for the Exam and the voucher code sent from the proctor server. Contact [email protected] for additional questions.
